A person should never make an important decision alone. Do you agree or disagree? Give specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

A decision either makes or mars a person. The vitality of the decision can be judged from the prolonging effect it will have on the person's entire life. It is said that there may be four ways leading to a given route, only one will take to your destination and the other three can probably prove disastrous for you. So it is better to consult others before going on to that single way. I would like to elaborate the above mentioned statement through my perspective.

Commencing with I would like to mention that, though the decision is ultimately to be taken by the individual through his intellectual ability and decision making capability, but consultation before hand enables a person to take decision after thorough evaluation. Consulting others prove lucrative on various accounts. Seeking advice makes it possible to get a clear picture of the prospective decision by not only highlighting the brighter side of the decision but also spelling out the possible negative effects of it.

Furthur, when a person confronts a decision making state, he may not be capable enough of making decision on his own. So a novice can benefit from the knowledge and experience of others. Thus, the availability of knowledge and experience of others makes it possible for such person to evaluate his state of view and turn up to a useful decision. Moreover consultation provides a variety of ideas through which a person can locate the one that enhance his decision's viability.

In addition to this, when a person seeks advice from others, he is not only supported with productive ideas, useful experience and knowledge but he also enjoys the emotional, social and financial support from his kiths and kins. Thus, responsibility in this case, shoulders not only on his own but in case of default he is supported with both emotions and finances.

To conclude, i would say that a person takes final decision out of his own intellect but an advice from others can help to look over the possible effects of his decision.
