Should children be taught sex education at school?

It is true that some people argue educating children in elementary school about sex is too early and parents are the one who should. While I accept that this probably the best for some people, i am sure that education about sex for children underage especially in elementary school is a good method that can make children more careful and more wise in their life.

Many critics, given to government are addressed to Ministry if Education about the plan to insert sex education in school curriculum. Actually, there are so many reasons that people say in their comments about sex education, the famous one is about person who has the right to teach children. Some argue that teachers are inappropriate to tell their students an education about sex. People who should teach all about this are people who really close with children, some say that it is their own parents. And because of children are in the age of curiosity, they might try to practice it, but if people who taught this are their family, children would trust and be guided well by their parents. In other word, if school teach children about sex education, it is just the same as taking over parents right.

With high level subject for children, people who teach this must be expert in that this kind of education psychology of children and teaching children. It means that the person must be a teacher in elementary school with good knowledge and experience of teaching children. So, the best way to teach this to children is in schools. Although parents know so well their children, not every parents can teach and make children understand especially about this topic. That is why parents have to believe the teaching of this topic to schools. Children would more understand and not be over curious. This, however, prevent children from child abuses and they would use the internet wisely.

In conclusion, there are convincing arguments bot for and against sex education in schools especially in elementary, but I do believe that this kind of education is better to be taught in schools. I suggest people to belive this to the teacher who is expert in teaching.
