Some people think that the sense of competition in children should be encouraged. Others believe that children who are taught to co-operate rather than compete become more useful adults. Discuss
There is a great debate of which is better for pupils : learn to be good competitors or to be more co-operators people. I think both of them are great values of raising children . in this essay I will try to explain the importance of each skill.
Competition skill is a vital skill which children need for many situations of there life . for example, they need this spirit to encourage their performance in the school and enhance them not only to pass the exams, but also to be excellent pupils. Also, in the future of their career , they need this skill to be more creative in their future work-place to prove themselves . Furthermore, the person who has the sipration of competition , more predictable to like to extend his education in the future , and always trying to improve himself.
Co-operation as well as competition is a basic qualify for build another side of child’s personality. The kid who learn how to make a good communication with his peers , will be able to build a great relationship with his mates in his future job.
School and home can make a great contribution to develop this ability in the new generation. They can instruct them that the success never done with one person , their are a lot of helpers behind every successful person such as parents and teachers.
As was shown in this essay, both of the competition and the co-operation are good values should be developed by parents and teachers to build a balanced person can help his society.
