It is believed that there would be great benefits if the curriculum can be arranged by the government. However, it is clear that there would be different characters and abilities between individuals. Educators should allow students to choose their subjects according to their strengths and weakness. Besides, their protential would be limited if the curriculum is the same. An innovation is essential for the country to develop.
In sum, students should combine the two and gain the most efficient way to learn. Although innovating is crucial, the foundations cannot be ignored. The guidance of the government can be taken in account and students should make decisions by themselves.
