Both teacher and parents help children to develop their intelligence and social skill. However some people consider that parents do not have a responsibility to development children intelligence and social skill.
On one hand, some people think, developing students’ intelligence and social skill is teachers’ responsibility. Nowadays, some people are busy earning some money, no matter it is men or women. They only think about money. As long as they have much money, they can fulfill what the children needs. They could register their children in the best school that guarantee the children to achieve a good knowledge. They are able to enroll their children to the course providing a good method to develop social skill. The parents do not have much time to teach their children. Therefore, teachers are the only one who seem having all the responsibility to develop children’s intelligence and social skill.
On the other hand, teachers and parents have the same responsibility to guide children. Teachers tend to help children improving intelligence, but parents tend to develop social skill. Both of them encourage each other and could not be separated. Teachers also influence students’ social skill and the parents also influence children’s intelligence. Teachers at school teach students everything such as science, math, physics, biology and religion, and parents teach the children how children must be behave to face new information that children achieve from an internet, a book or a television. Both of them could improve children’s intelligence. At home, parents teach how to be behavior politely, how to speak well and how to respect the older people, and teacher at school give the understanding how the students suppose conduct behavior themselves and attitude with teachers, other students and people. Parents and teachers help students in intelligence and social skill. Therefore, it could not underestimate parents’ role in developing intelligence and social skill of student especially social skill.
In conclusion, intelligence and social skill could be achieved by children from teachers and parents. It is not only teacher responsibility but also parents. Parents should assist their children especially social skill.
