The last two decades have seen enormous changes in the way people’s lives are affected by new technologies like mobile phone, with many advantages in this field. However, some people argued that this kind of technologies produce more negative effects than positive ones.

To beginning, parents always worry about their children. When their children have a mobile phone, they can calling them or text them and find out where are they. Besides, a new mobile phones is not just a simple device, in fact it is a mobile phone and a computer. You can install a lot of App on it; you can store your teacher’s voice on it, or surf on the internet and find a lot of information. Moreover, when are free, you can play with it, or take some picture. All these feather cause, life of our children become easier than the past.

On the other hand, we cannot deny the negative aspect of this device. Unfortunately, our children become more addicted on mobile phone. As all addict they cannot imagine their lives without mobile phone. Some of them use mobile phone for some criminal activity, like take a picture for black boxing others, or send impolite text to their friends.

To sum up, in my opinion, upon the all-negative aspect of having mobile phone, I believe our children should have ones. We cannot isolate our children form society or new technologies because of negative aspects. We should learn to our children how to use new technologies or devices
