Dear Sir/ Madam,

This letter is being written to express my sheer dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase that I had made on your website. My customer registration number is Z006BY.

I am a prime customer of Amazon and I have had unbreakable trust in your services. lately, I ordered two things - zara top and puma shoes. However, to my utter disappointment, as soon I recieved the order, I discovered that both the pieces are faulty. As the top was not from the same brand which I ordered ,and shoes were of wrong size. I was so eager for this courier as I had to wear these essentials on my birthday party.

Being a patron, I request you to have strong surveillance on order placement so that potential problems ,such as,the above-mentioned one could be avoided beforehand. Also, I request you to cancel my order alongwith full refund since I wanted these things for my birthday only.

I hope you would consider this matter as soon as possible and you would be able to understand clients perspective.
