The first malfunction that I notice was the camera. I was planning to use this to take pictures in our exposure trip last Sunday. The photos that I was supposed to capture on that day will be needed in writing my reaction paper for that activity. However, I have tried many ways to turn it on but that never happened. It only keeps on hanging. I discovered another problem when I am trying to adjust the volume of my phone in order to save battery life. When I tried to press the volume button on the side, it started working properly but suddenly got stucked and I was unable to use it since then. You can imagine how disappointed I was to experience this.
When I tried to contact you by phone yesterday, no one could offer me any sensible answer. I regret to inform you that your after-sales service was below my expectations.
Therefore, I insist on getting a full refund of what I had paid from your store.
I believe this matter deserves your urgent attention.
