Dear Sir,
Dear Sir,
but am I allowed to give two reasons? I wasn't asked to give them.
I ask because I have a hard time with this type of questions because I would not like to go out of topic but if I do not do it, there is nothing to talk about.

In part I, there are about 25 seconds for one question, so the time is limited. If one question is given too much time, there are no time left for other questions. The examiners will not spend overtime for one person.
Giving two reasons/samples doesn't mean talk a lot. One relatively long sentence can be a reason. We don't bring a lot of content like in part III. Talk generally, don't go details.
