well, need to be patient, make sure you understand the topic exactly. basically, it is much easier than essay topic.

Yes, you do if you don't have anything to talk about. The best way for speaking is taking every question as one essay writing. In the body of essay writing, we basically follow this pattern:
idea one. first, reason one, example of reason one; second, reason two, example of reason two.
idea two. first, reason one, example of reason one; second, reason two, example of reason two.//we don't need idea two for speaking
so do the same thing for speaking.
