The given column graph illustrates the percentage of elderly people in the United Kingdom where the aging population is expected to climb up by the year 2035 starting from 1985.
A closer look at the graph reveals that Wales had the highest population of old people in the year 1985 where England stood in second position by a minor decline of 1 percentage being 15.Although, Scotland had more elderly people in compassion to Northern Ireland being at the least of 14 percentage.
However,over a half a century period all the elderly population of UK is expected to increase dramatically where Wales soared up with a peak of 26 percentage being the dominant city,where as Scotland stood second by 25 percentage.Nonetheless, England and Northern Ireland were on a similar trend consisting 23 percentage each.
All in all,the aging population of UK is expected to increase consistently by having huge percentage of difference in over 50 year time period.
