The graph compares the percentage of income which spent by 3 types of people in USA and UK. From this data,we can see two big differences.
Firstly, a big difference is illustrated between USA and UK,and the amount of income is the greatest in USA by bad-off people. It is unbearable that the poor attempt to utilize the fuel less than the USA people. However, the proportion of fuel decreases steadily (20%), while at the same time, UK doubles significantly and fabulously(approximately 30%). It suggests, the cars are not much used by middle-income people in USA, but in UK, it is on the contrary, even, it trebles in a sharp way. It is shown that they try to drive cars a lot.
In the end,the proportion of UK remain stable for a moment by the affluent men, and finally, both of them decline gradually.
Overall, the percentage of income spent on fuel and oil generally gets higher in the UK,whereas , it drops in the US
