The graph gives information about international tourist arrivals in the period of time 1990-2005 for different parts of the world: specifically are analyzed data about South America, Sub-Saharan Africa, South- East Asia, Central and Eastern Europe and North America.
Foe what concerns the first two continents, it is possible to notice that they had a similar positive trend to rise all over the years: in fact, in 1990 the amount of arrivals was approximately of 10 million for both of them, while in 2005 Sub-Saharan Africa reached a pick of almost 20.
Another comparison can be made between South-East Asia and Central and Eastern Europe: they both registered an upward tendency and although during the years arrivals for Europe fluctuated more, in 2005 the total reached was superior to Asia, nearly 80 million.
At the end, it can be considered by itself North America that after a first period of constant growth, remained stable from 2000 to 2005 with a number of arrivals in the range between 80 and 90 million.
