Development in Technology and science, has promoted the use of machines. stuff that used to exert a large number of resources now can be easily done, using machines. Although there are many things that still need to be done by hands. Like artistic stuff and inventions.
For repetitive work, machines are often more precise. Especially for producing products in large scales. Using machines will decrease the error as low as possible, specifically in electronic appliances. Using machines is more reasonable for building goods in huge quantities. Moreover, it enhances the productivity. for example, nowadays thousands of cars with high quality can be produced in just a day, or even less.
Creating stuff using hands, somehow calms individuals. Especially in the case of art, like painting, sculpture, embroidery or woodcut. Besides feeling good, using hands is necessary. In other words, for creating stuff, whether it is art or invention, handy work are very much needed.
In my opinion, creating things with hands or building things using machines, are for two different purposes. People use hands for inventions and machines to produce the inventions for the public. I myself have an abundant interest in art, and I always enjoy creating something. Therefore I prefer using my hands instead of working with machines.
