There are two charts, the first one depicts average cost of housing in England and London in 1995 and 2013, while the other illustrates the average money that residents shall pay for housing in London and the other areas of England in 2013.
Overall, the highest house price is in London comparing to that of England in the given period. Furthermore, in other regions of England, London takes the highest position in average housing cost in 2013, meanwhile, the lowest one shall be North East.
By 1995, more than 125000 pounds was the money being spent on buying houses in England whereas in London, the figure was 200000. Similarly, England people spent approximately 200000 pounds in 2013 for house-buying, which is less than double that of London.
In terms of other areas of England, London took the lead with 400000 pounds in housing price, following that are South East, South West and North West respectively. Middleton accounted for about 125000 pounds in housing cost and North East is the lowest, which amounted of only 100000 pounds.
