The bar chart below shows the passenger kilometers traveled by different means of transport in the UK in 1990 and 2000
The bar chart gives information about the number of passenger kilometers that people traveled by different methods of transport in 1990 and 2000.
Looking from an overall perspective, the figure of bicycle, motorbike, and the air was under 10 billion kilometers, whilst that of bus and train surpassed 40 billion kilometers.
It is readily apparent that the total kilometers jumped moderately by 16 billion throughout the time frame. Meanwhile, there was a correlation in the passenger kilometers traveled by bicycle and motorbikes. They had a trivial distance from each other, the former declined from 5 billion, and the latter from 7 billion, but both went down slightly in 2000.
On the other hand, the air's figure experience was opposite to that of the bicycle, when it climbed from 5 billion in 1990 to 7 billion in the last year of the survey. Moreover, the figure for bus and train, which touched roughly 42 and 40 billion in 1990, in turn, kept the first and second place respectively, converted their rank owing to the negligible rise of the former by 45 billion while the latter reached 46 billion.
