Overall, at the initial stage of our life males had dominated females in doing the workout. However, in the later part of life, the rate of males who did physical activities was beaten up by females.
As we can see from the chart males were actively participating in daily exercise as compared to females at a rate of 52.8% in teenagers of age 15 to 24 and this rate gradually gets decreased to 39.5% in the middle age people of age 35 to 44. Eventually, it gets increased to 46.7% in the old age people of age 65 and above.
When it comes to females, middle age women are more active as compare to teenagers because of the highest rate for women who are doing exercises are of age 45 to 54 with a rate of 53.3% as it is higher as compared to teenagers rate which is 47.7% and the rate of females who did regular activities at the age of 65 and above is 47.1% and it was almost equal to males rate
