The bar chart given illustrates the proportion of Australian in both genders from different age groups who did exercise at high frequency in 2010.
Overall, Australian women seemed to be more hard-working than men in working out among all the age groups.
It was observed that only 15-24 age group was different from others group which had the percentage of women doing exercise regularly much more than the percentage of men did, its reached a peak at 52,8% compared to 47,7% of women' figure. After that, we saw an upward tendency in Australian female and the highest peak was belongs to those who from 45-54 age group, was 53,3% (rose from 47,7% to 53,3%). By contrast, the percentage of Australian male decreased slowly from 52,8% to 42,2%, and 39,5% respectively (wen down by 13,3%).
However, there was a change in both gender begin with the 45-54 age group. While there was seen a declined trend of women who were older 54 years old ( the percentage dropped slightly from 53,3% to 47,1%), the percentage of men who did regular physical activity increased by 7,2% to 46,7%
