Overall, Australian women did more physical movements in regular manner compared to that of men in 2010.
At first, a younger women (15-24) was the most passive group (52.8%) of women. However, the number of active women increased as they become older so that the middle-age women has the highest population (53.3%) among other people in 2010. Finally, their number decreased gradual by 6.2% in older ages (65 and over).
Conversely, a younger men was the most active group of men in Australia and by rising their ages, they did less physical activity. Next, middle age (35-44 years old) men had the minimum population share (39.5%) in Australia. But, after middle age they did more regular exercise. Ultimately, Australian oldest men and women with regular physical movements had approximately the same population (47%) in 2010.
