Secondly, the group of adults is heavily affected with the money factors. It is around 70%, and the fact of team spirit is around 60%. Meanwhile, the chance for personal development, and relaxed working environment is less affected on second age with the comparison of first age groups. Moving further, the factor of team spirit on 45-60 aged group is heavily affecting. It is around 50%. In spite of, the influenced of other factors are neither more than 50 percentum.
In conclusion, it is evident that, Chance for personal development, and relaxed working environment is highly affected the work performance of first age group. Whereas, second age group is less affected by this factors, and more affecting of a money factor.
