The bar chart describes the small, medium and large businesses in the UK with the support of social media over five consecutive years from 2012 to 2016. Units are measured in percentage.
Overall, the presence of media helps the overwhelming majority of large businesses in the given years. However, there was a slight decline in all kinds of businesses in 2015.
From the beginning of 2012, the influence of public media support of small businesses helps to achieve about 28% which increases to 30% of growth in the years 2013 and 2015. The highest development in small businesses was in 2016 with 49%. When compared to medium businesses, the chart shows approximately the same percentage during the years 2012 and 2015 with around 30%. Whereas there was a gradual improvement seen in other years such as businesses reached to 50% and ended with 52% in 2016.
However, the large businesses were the topper among them. From the start of the period itself, they have a 78% growth in enterprises which continues to the next year. While the consecutive years there was a slight drop in businesses and reached 51% in 2015. However, at the end of the period, it returns the businesses to the earlier times with 79%.
