The bar chart illustrates the percentage of businesses in the UK who had a social media presence from 2012 to 2016.
The change in three various businesses in Great Britain with a presence of social media between 2012 and 2016 is displayed in the bar chart, shown in percentage.
Overall, the highest proportion was on large businesses. Meanwhile, the tiny those experienced an upward trend, and two others also increased with some changes.
Initially, there were more than three fifths of large businesses in the UK having social media presence, being the biggest. When it came to the medium and small ones, these figures had a percentage in about a third of the former. Furthermore, the aforementioned three figures tended to incline, with several fluctuations.
Eventually, the rate of the large businesses witnessed a slight growth to almost reach four in ten, remaining the largest, while there was an observation which that of the medium ones grew dramatically to exceed a half. Even though the rest showed an uplift trend, its proportion accounted for below two quarters, being the minimum data recorded.
