Brick manufacturing
The diagram illustrates the brick production.
It is clear that the process of making brick includes seven stages. Overall, clay from the ground, after all the steps, is turned into bricks.
At the first stage of the process, clay is dug off the ground by a vehicle called digger. The process continues with putting dug clay on a metal grid in order to filter out big pieces and small ones fall down on a roller where it is combined with sand and water. This mixture is then divided into identical bricks by cutting using a wire cutter or by putting it into a mould.
Those wet bricks are then dehydrated by putting in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours before being baked in kilns at moderate temperature (from 200 degrees to 980 degrees Celsius) and high temperature (from 870 to 1300 degree Celsius), respectively. After 48 to 72 hours putting them in cooling chamber, those bricks are ready for packaging and delivered to people.
