The chart and table show customers' satisfaction levels in the US with airlines and aspects of air travel in 1999, 2000, and 2007.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
write at least 150 words.

The given charts depict information regarding air passengers' satisfaction levels with an airline based on 5 criteria over an 8-year period.
As can be observed, an increasing number of passengers feel satisfied with the airline, with the most noticeable being the good ratings on courtesy of flight attendants and check-in/gate staff.
In the year 1990, this airline satisfied just over half (55%) of the total air travelers while the figure for dissatisfaction was relatively significant, with 32%. The figures then saw remarkable change when the level of contentment rose gradually to a peak of 72%, leading to a reduction in the number of unsatisfied customers.
During the same period, the evaluation on politeness of flight attendants remained the highest, which had an increase from 88% in 1999 to a peak of 92% in 2007. Check-in and gates employees were also appreciated despite a slight decrease from the highest point of 89 in 2000 to 88% in 2007, ranked second. A similar trend could be witnessed in schedules since positive feedback saw a climb of 4% to 79% and was maintained until the end of the period.
Albeit being the most unsatisfying in 1999, the price of tickets also witnessed a positive growth with a substantial rise of 20% in pleasance. By contrast, it was not until 2007 that the assessment on the comfort of seats was adopted, though it is the most poorly evaluated with just under half of the passengers feeling happy with it.
