The chart illustrates information about how many percent of weekly earning was allocated to each expenditure by families in one country in two years of 1968 and 2018.
Generally, buying food was the highest percentage of all spending in 1968 and also the highest figure in the chart while families spend their weekly income on leisure activity the most in 2018.
In detai, families allocated the highest percentage of their weekly earning to buy food with 35%. Housing expenses and clothing and footwear had the same figure with 10%, which were in second place. Figure for leisure activities was in third place with around 8%, followed by the same three figures for household goods, personal goods and transport with around 7%. The spending of fuel and power was the lowest percentage would around 6 percent.
In the next 50 years, leisure activities was the highest figure, with nearly 23%. Housing expenses was in second place with around 18%, followed by buying foods with 17% approximately. The lowest figures belong to personal goods and fuel and power with around 4%.
