Overall, despite the slight decrease over the years, the figure of inhabitants with secondary education level was three times more than any other groups, except in 2008.
According to the bar chart, the percentage of people with secondary education fell insignificantly over the three years, from 65% in 2002 to 61% in 2006 and 59% in 2008. Take a look at other education level, there was a sharp rise in the percentage of people with primary or lower education, from 18% in 2002 to 32% in 2008. The opposite happened with the figures for people who finished higher education, which rose slightly in 2006 but then fell very considerably to 9% in 2008.
In conclusion, people who have level of secondary schooling made up the most significant percentage of Bulgarians having intention to move to abroad country.
