The chart represents various kinds of items and services purchased online by people in three different countries, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Overall, the people of the United Kingdom spent the largest amount of money in most categories which were, books, computer equipment, music, and DVDs/Videos except for toys and financial services.
As can be seen in the chart, the people of the United Kingdom contributed the most to the online sales figure of music which reached 68%, this percentage was much higher than other countries, Australia and Canada which accounted only about 38% and 35% respectively. Similarly, the United Kingdom also had the highest percentage for books which was 65% compared to Australia and Canada which percentage were exactly the same at 44%.
In two categories, toys and financial services, the amount of online consumers which come from the United Kingdom was beaten by the consumers from Australia and Canada. More specifically, in the UK only 18% of customers bought toys online and placed as second highest in the figure. Likewise, the UK spent only 5% on financial services and became the least that contributed to this category compared to other countries.
