As is presented in the chart, the largest percentage of changed was in London, however the average house price almost remained steady in Frankfurt.
Out of the five cities, the percentage change of prices increased significantly while, the reverse was true for Frankfurt.
The figure for New York was -5% in the period from 1990 to 1995 while that of was +5% in the next period of time.
In addition, the proportion of house prices for London was nearly -7 per cent in the years 1990-1995 whereas, that of was +12% between 1996 and 2002.
In 1996 to 2002, there was a noticeable increase for the amount of change in all cities except for Tokyo, at -5%.
Frankfurt just enjoyed the slight decrease of one per cent over the whole period given, in comparison to other cities.
