In general, the highest percentage in all five cities is from people going to a café for coffee or tea, with the lowest belongs to fresh coffee buyers.
Both Sydney and Melbourne record over 40% of the people buying fresh coffee in the last 4 weeks, with the former staying ahead by a minor margin. About 37% of Hobart residents purchased fresh coffee, while Brisbane and Adelaide share the same figures of nearly 35%. Buying instant coffee is the second most popular choices among most of the examined cities with Hobart taking the lead of nearly 55%, followed closely by Brisbane. 50% of Adelaide citizens bought instant coffee in the last 4 weeks, the highest among all options while the figures for Melbourne and Sydney are around 48% and 45% respectively.
It can also be seen that going to a café for coffee and tea is the most favored option in nearly all cities but Adelaide, with Melbourne staying at first place with nearly 65% and the figures for Hobart and Sydney both exceeds 60%. Over 55% of the people in Brisbane went to a café in the last 4 weeks while this number of Adelaide is only around 50%.
