The chart illustrates the results of a survey about people’s habit of buying and drinking coffee or tea in five main cities in Australia namely Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart.
As can be seen from the chart, in generally, citizens in Melbourne consumed coffee and tea at a café most while residents in Adelaide city used coffee as well as tea the least.
To begin with, habitants in Melbourne city spent money for when they went to café shop accounted for the largest rate, with roughly 63% while they spent for buying instant and fresh coffee in last 4 week with about 48% and 42%, respectively. Besides, percentage of citizens in Hobart city paying money at a café took up around 62%, which was the second highest proportion when they pay around 49% for buying instant coffee and 38% fresh coffee in last 4 weeks. Moreover, residents of Sydney seem like going to café the third position of the chart with 61% whereas the figure for instant coffee and fresh one was just above 45% and 49%, respectively.
On the other hand, the rate of people who lived in Adelaide spent least money for café shop with just under 50% while they prefer instant coffee more with exactly 50% and the data of buying fresh coffee was 34% which hold the second least proportion. Finally, those who lived in Brisbane made of 55% for going to café whilst percentage of these citizens paid least money for fresh coffee, with approximately 34% and the figure for instant coffee took up about 52%.
