The supplied bar graph gives information on telephone calls minutes used by British people through various types of call namely fixed line (local, national & international) and mobile between 1995 to 2002.
Overall, over the period of eight years, local-fixed lines were most famous telephone calls. However, some fluctuations the utilisation of this category decreased and in contrast national & international- fixed line and mobile telephones minutes increased significantly.
As can be observed, through local-fixed line just over 70 billion minute calls performed and minutes rose steadily to reach up to highest figure 90 billion in 1999. Afterwards, the number of minutes decreased gradually until 2002 and became equal to 1995 but still higher than other categories.
In contrast, National and international- fixed call duration surged gradually from approximately 38 million in 1995 to around 60 million in 2002. whereas, Mobile calls time period was less than 5 million in 1995 it climbed-up progressively and accounted more than 20 million minutes in 2000. In the year 2002, the total number of minutes by mobile became almost double of 2000.
