Overall, it is evident that the superiority of petroleum products and engineered goods was observed in the period given, and textiles had the highest difference between the two years.
According to the chart, an increase of petroleum products reached from around 61billions dollars to about 13 billion dollars. Similarly, engineered goods rose from approximately 57 billion dollars to just below 64 billion dollars. By contrast, a fall was observed in gems and jewellery between just under 44 billion dollars and almost 40 billion dollars although agricultural products almost unchanged and textiles boosted by the highest amount to around 32 billion dollars.
According to the table, textiles had the highest proportion change with 15.24% while the lowest change was observed in agricultural products with 0.81%. Only gems and jewellery had a reserve change with 5.18%. In contrast, the percentage change in petroleum products was 8.5%.
