The given column chart illustrates the amount of time that 4 groups of tourists spent on 3 leisure activities, which are visiting the beach, reading books and visiting places, in Greece in August 2019.
It is noticeable from the chart that the least amount of time is spent on visiting places in all groups. Chinese people spent a surprised amount of 8 hours on reading books, which is the highest compared to other tourists. The amount of time spent on reading books was almost similar among the remaining groups. They spent around 4-5 hours a day on this sector. Turkish and Brazilian tourists spent more time at the beach than reading books, but the vice versa works for the remaining groups. Turkish people spent 5 and 4 hours whereas Brazilian spent 6 and 4 hours on visiting the beach and reading books respectively. The Americans, shows the lowest difference of time spent on each sector with 3,4 and 5 hours on visting places, at the beach and reading books consecutively whereas the Chinese tourists shows the highest discrepancy of 7 hours between reading boosk and visiting places.
Overall, it is observed that Chinese people spend the most time on reading books whereas Brazilian tourists spend the most at the beach.
