Overall, violence against people was the most committed crime in both genders, whereas robbery and fraud and forgery were the least.
The people arrested for violence against people accounted for around 32% in men and nearly 34% in women. The second most common crime was theft and handling stolen goods and was considerably higher in women with 32% than men with 22%. Fraud-forgery was another group that was more common in females than males, although it accounted for a very small number of people (less than 5% in each gender).
Robbery and burglary committed by men were almost twice as high as that of women. The other offences that led to arrest including criminal damage and drug offences accounted for slightly more percentage in men than women (almost 30% and nearly 26%, respectively).
