The bar chart illustrates the choice of eight honeymoon destinations by newly wed British couples in the year 2010. It has been designed based on surveying 5000 peoples. There are a few European countries, exotic islands and far east destinations in the choices.
Among the options,far east country Thailand have been the choice for majority of the couples with a spectacular count of 1410. The second most desired spot has also been bagged by the far south east island Bali with nearly 1335, notably a meagre difference with Thailand.
Few other islands like The Maldives, The Greek islands and The lake city have accounted a moderate count of 600, 432 and 124 respectively. Costa Rica, with a scale of 750 has been the only country from the south western part of the globe. The European countries of Spain and Paris with a minority of 7% of the total people surveyed has been the least preferable choice by the newly wed British couples in 2010.
