The charts compare the consuming of 3 different type of nutrients in meal of american.

It is clear from the chart that in snack has the lowest proportion of sodium whereas and it contains the largest quantity of sugar.

Dinner has the largest percentage toxic from both sodium and saturated fat respectively 43% and 37%. However, the amount of sodium and saturated fat significant decrease in snack and breakfast. In snack has the same percentage 14% of sodium which also have in lunch around 30%. The proportion of saturated fat occupy 21% in snack and approximately 30% in lunch. In breakfast, the amount of toxic slightly decrease get 16% the lowest rate.

About sugar which is added most in snack get about 45% whereas, breakfast of american contains 16% sugar which is the lowest proportion. The percentage of sugar account for 23 % in dinner and around 20% in lunch
