The charts below show the levels of participation in education and science in developing anf industrialised country in 1980 and 1990.
The three bar chart illustrates average year of schooling, scientists and technicians and spending on research and development between 1980 and 1990.
It us clearly evident that industrialised country rate always higher tham developing countries in all categories. Spending of the research and development in developing countries showed a downward trend.
In developing countries average year of schooling were at about 2.5 year while their counter part rate was higher and it was almost 8.5 years in 1980. After a decade, both of the rate plumated and industry economy based country reached at peak.
Secondly, industry economy based country had at about 42 scientists in per thousand but economy growing countries had only 10 scientists in a thousand. The scientists rate of both countries soared by approximately 5 and 25 ina thousand after a decade.
Industrialised country spended more money than developing countries. In 1980, developed country invested almost 160 US billion but developing countries invested at about 90 US billion which is less than his opponent. After a decade both of them showed an opposite trend. Developed Countries showed more upward trend and it turned into almost 350 US billion. On the other hand developing countries showed downward tendency ; they invested only 50 US billion which is 30 US billion less than previous investment.
