The graph shows the amount of tourists arriving in a particular country for a short trip, and the amount of people leaving that country for a short trip, from 2009 to 2011.
The amount of arrivals increased and decreased through different periods of time. It hit a peak in October 2010, when the number of tourists was approximately 520 thousand people. After that, the number of arrivals slowly decreased till June 2011, when the amount of people became about 500 thousand.
On the other hand, the amount of resident departures has sharp increase through all period of time. We can see a huge difference between the start point, when the number of people was about 550 thousand, and in the end, when it is about 660 thousand of people. Nevertheless, there is a huge difference between the number of visitor arrivals and resident departures. The lines of the graph don't cross at all. In June 2011 the number of departures is about 1,5 times bigger, than the number of arrivals.
