The given pie charts illustrate in 2000 and 2010 changes of proportions of one specific university at which British people studying in England had able to speak foreign languages.
According to first pie chart, in 2000 year, highest proportion of foreign languages for British students who are able to speak it was the Spanish language(35%) while the lowest proportion of that was the German(10%) and two other languages(10%), and one of the highest proportion was no other language(20%). In addition, another language and French language was same proportion(15%).
According to second pie chart, in 2010 year the lowest percentage of other languages for British students speaking it had become no other language, French language and German language(10%) whereas Spanish language, another language and two other languages had increased by 5%.
Overall, in two pie charts in 2000 and 2010 Spanish language had occupied about one of three of pie charts and German language unchanged. Moreover, only no other language decreased by 10% that is most high change.
