The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts illustrate the enjoying of 100 visitors in the Parkway Hotel’s customer service between 2005 and 2010. Overall, it can be seen that there is much different impression in 5 years. While the service were not satisfied most of visitors in 2005, people found it become good and excellent in 2010.
There were only 5% of people rated the service excellent in 2005, which increased nearly sixth times in 2010 with 28%. Furthermore, the number of visitors thought the service was good grew 39% substantially in 2010, which were only 14% in 2005.
By contrast, the number of people felt satisfactory with the customer service, which was the highest figure in 2005 with 45%, had a significant decrease with only 27% in 2010. Besides, poor figure fell consequently from 21 to 12% between 2005 and 2010. Similarly, the percentage of visitors experienced very poor customer service dropped significantly, from 15% in 2005 to only 4% in 2010.
