The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The pie charts illustrate the feedback of different types of students in the terms of their satisfaction with the IT support and opening hours carried on by a library of the university.
Overall, it is clear that the proportion of full-time students who were immensely satisfied with IT support services was higher than this of part-time counterparts. In addition, the majority of both full-time students and part-time ones was happy with the service of current opening hours of the university library.
For the IT support service perspective, 55% of full-time students who were very happy with this service was higher than this of part-time students represented at 20%. The percentage of two different types of students having quite satisfaction was pretty equally, at around 30%. Nevertheless, there was a sharp increase in the percentage of part-time students who disagreed with the quality of the the IT service to 24% in comparison with this of full-time counterparts demonstrated at 13%.
For the opening hour aspect, students who were very happy with this service accounted for the large proportion at around 70% for both the full-time and the part-time. The percentage of quite satisfied full-time students was 32% which saw a dramatic decrease in this of pretty happy part-time students, at 23%. The rest of proportion of the unsatisfied was at near 0% for both types of students.
