The bar charts illustrate the comparative statistics of the percentage of monetary utilized on eating items and other goods for France, Germany and England in the year 1998 and 2008.
Overall, the amount of money spent on food and good items are more in 2008. France is holding the highest number of income spent on both the items whereas England is in the last place.
On the one hand, France spent 15% on food in 1998 and for other goods is just under 10%. However, in 2008 France spent an equal number of foods and other goods with 40%. Germany spending a quarter of the amount of food in 1998 and only 5% rose after a decade. For the other goods, Germany is well under a quarter for both the year with around 16% and 24% respectively.
On the other hand, England spent 10% on food and around 8% on other goods in the year 2008 and England is accounted for least spent in the year 1998. However, on other goods we can see dramatically rose to 35% in 2008 while for food, only 5% rose.
