Overall, the village witnessed a huge transformation in existing facilities and new additions, along with conciderable distruction of the greeneries over the period.
Firstly, there was a farm land in the north east corner of the village, has been transformed to a golf course, and adjuscent greeneries were totally distroyed over the time frame. There was an increase in number of houses along the highway side, along with an extention of road to western portion was constructed. The cafe at the highway junction remained unchanged but the hotel expanded the area to include a parking area.

A tennis cort also constructed beside the golf course and the costal area accommodated a new fishing facility. These changes made notable impact on the outlook of the village.
