The diagram below show the changes that has taken place in a village park
The two pictures compare the layouts of a village park in two periods, namely 10 years ago and now. It is clear that there are noticeable changes in the layout of this park over the period shown. The main modifications have included the expansion and the addition of many recreational facilities. 10 years ago, there was a football pitch in the middle of the park. Now, the football pitch has been narrowed to construct other facilities. In addition, the car park in the east has been expanded from 20 cars to 50 cars.
The two pictures also show that the tennis court in the north has been increased in size from 2 courts to 4 courts. The children play area in the northeast corner of the park has been divided into two sections, namely children play area and children soft play area. Furthermore, the pond and woods have been removed to make way for a boating lake and cafe. Finally, the toilet on the right of the football pitch has been added to the park
