The presented diagram illustrates the production of instant noodles from flour to sealed products.
Overall, manufacturing has eight basic steps, which start from delivering flour to the storage silos and finish as prepared cups of noodles with noticeable labels.
It is observed that instant noodles consist of flour, water and oil, which are mixed together. The following stage implies that getting substance rolls and creates dough sheets. Next step is that sheets are cut on strips, which are formed into noodles disks. These products are cooked in the special place with usage of oil, and consequently disks have to be dried.
The next part of manufacturing is preparing the cooked products for further transportation. There are special cups, where noodles discs are put into. They are filled next stage by vegetables and spices. Hence, these cups have to be labeled and sealed. Finally, prepared cups of instant noodles ready for transportation and consumption.
