The diagram below show how instant noodles are manufactured.
The presented scheme explains the process of instant noodles production from flour to sealed products.
Overall, manufacturing has eight basic steps, which start from delivering flour by tracks to the storage silos and finish as prepared cups of noodles with noticeable labels.
It is observed that instant noodles consist of flour, water and oil, which are mixed together. The following stage implies that getting the substance rolls and creates dough sheets. Next step is that sheets are cut on strips, which are formed into noodles disks. These products are cooked in the special place with usage of oil, and consequently disks have to be dried during the sixth stage.
The next part of manufacturing is preparing the cooked products for further transportation. There are special cups, where noodles discs are put into. Hence, they are filled next stage by vegetables and spices. Final eighth step illustrates how these cups are being labeled and sealed. After all, prepared cups of instant noodles are ready for transportation and consumption.
