The given diagram illustrates the production process of coffee and the preparation to display it in supermarket and shops. According to the process, there are 11 stages required beginning with collecting the beans of the coffee plants and finishing with the product is packed into jars.
In initial stage, beans are picked by farmers and placed in baskets. Afterward, they are dried under the sunlight naturally. Then, all the high quality beans are collected and roasted in a high power roaster. In the subsequent step, the beans are immediately cooled before put in the grinder. After that, it is mixed with water which is in a high temperature. This mixture is frozen after going through filtering stage. In the following step, the grinder is used once again to grind the frozen liquid. In next, it is dried in a vacuum before produce a finishing product. In the end of the process, coffee is packaged into jars and put on shelves in supermarkets or shops for sales.
