Overall, as can be seen from the picture, it is clear that there are eleven main steps in this process, beginning with picking the coffee beans and ending with packing the products into jars before being sold.
In the first step of the process, the workers would collect the coffee beans from the trees by hand. After that, they would dry the beans under the temperature of the sun, getting ready for the next steps. The process continues with roasting the beans in an oven by the temperatures of the fire below and then cooling them rapidly in the fridge. Next, the cooled beans are grounded by a grinder to become smaller.
In the next stage of the process, the grounded beans are mixed with hot water, followed by being strained out of the water. Next, people would freeze this mixture in the fridge and put it through the grinder one more time. Following this, after the liquid is dried in a vacuum to remove water inside, it is poured into jars and packed, getting ready for consumption.
