Overall, the process consist of 11 stages. Begin with collecting the coffee beans, and end up with packing into containers.
First of all, the farmers gather the coffee beans, and dry them in the sunshine. The next step
is roasted the beans for a period of time, then cool them rapidly, and grind the beans in a special grinder. The following stage is put the beans in hot water, and mix them together. After that the mixture strained and put into a freezer. In the next stage, the coffee and water mixture grinded in the special grinder, and dry in a vacuum until the water steams. Finally, after the beans drought from water, it packs inside jars and prepared for sale.
