The process illustrate the stages of generating electricity in a hydroelectric power station. Overall, there are 3 stages in the process starting with river and ending with national grid.
The process starts when a river flow into a high-level reservoir and there is a dam placed on the right. At the next stage, electricity is generated by flow of water in the day while in the night, a body of water flows into a pump.
The final stage is the operation of reversible turbines. In the day, a generator is operated before electricity passes through power lines. Afterthat, it travels along national grid. The remaining water is delivered to a low - level reservoir.
